Terrible customer service. Made it very difficult to return items (at my expense when agreed) and refused to refund as it was a few days past the 14 day return period, despite the fact I’d placed an order for alternative items in the meantime. Please avoid this company, there are far better alternatives out there who make returns and refunds hassle free.

I would not recommend buying from House of Isabella. When things go wrong and they mess up a delivery, or deliver the wrong items, they take no responsibility to correct their errors, have no U.K. telephone numbers and are a complete failure in customer service. Best avoided.

Beautiful chandelier and fabulous service.
Ordered product at the weekend and by Thursday my stunning chandelier had arrived.
The delivery driver was very accommodating as the product weighed over 25kg. Chandelier was packaged extremely well .

Appalling service. Ordered 2 small brass coffee tables which are lovely but both were factory damaged. The delivery was supposed to be 2-4 weeks and came at 5 weeks. I was away on work and my neighboured took delivery. On return I got in touch to say they were damaged and they said I had not alerted them within 24 hours of the damage - even though I have flight boarding passes to prove I was overseas. They have refused a refund/ exchange/ discount. I will be reporting them to the ombudsman.
